SETPLAN’s East London office was the first to be established in 1982. The office is presently located at 318 Oxford Street in East London and is owned and managed by its two principals, Antony Meuleman and Piet Jonas.

In addition to the two principals, who are registered Professional Town & Regional Planners, the East London office is staffed by a third registered Professional Town & Regional Planner plus a full complement of technical and administrative support staff totalling some 12 staff in all.

SETPLAN (East London) offers professional consultancy services in town & regional planning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data capture, mapping, and project management. We deal with a range of clients in the public and private sectors and offer specific expertise in public sector integrated development planning, statutory planning, urban and rural settlement planning, and site layout and design.
