SETPLAN's Port Elizabeth office consists of a dynamic team of 3 Town and Regional Planning Professionals who are assisted by technical and administrative staff. The office is owned by Brendan Hindes, Carel Olivier and Erna van Zyl with a combined experience in a diversity of local (Eastern Cape) planning and related projects including: strategic planning, statutory planning and land use management, housing development, project management and spatial framework planning. In addition the Port Elizabeth office specializes in the implementation of GIS based geo-spatial solutions and web based property management applications.
